Death Toll in Virginia Tech Rampage at 33

Wow. So this is obviously a horrible tragedy. The worst part is the handling of the situation by Virginia Tech. I am a big advocate of e-mailing. I mean, if it's something that is e-mailable; do it. I don't want to talk to people I don't have to on the phone or in person. However, sending out an e-mail saying "hey, heads up for the maniac blasting people on campus" 2 hours after the shit starts hitting the fan is retarded plain and simple. That is to say nothing of the fact that there was a 2 hour or so break between shootings. Seriously, what the fuck is going on there? Someone calls the cops to say there is a killpage going on and it takes them 2 hours to get there? Get your shit together. The least this ineptitude deserves is the ever loving shit sued outta them; school and police (if the reports that they were called and took 2 hours to get there are in fact verified to be true). I hate the saying "my thoughts and prayers go out to the family" mostly because I don't pray and it sounds royally cliche but there really is no other way to put it. I really do hope they are able to find a place of peace with all of this madness as soon as possible. I couldn't imagine what it'd be like to lose one of your children like this.
